Soviet Union-flagged, homeport Odessa, Ukraine and call sign UOVI. Completed by America Shipbuilding Company, Cleveland, USA with yard number 913 in October 1919. Official number 219186. Gross tonnage 2,599 tons, under deck 2,243 tons, net tonnage 1,616 tons and as dimensions 250.9 x 43.6 x 26.1 feet.
