Blockades of Turkey and Bulgaria raised according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 15 for the week ending 29 March 1919

An item reported that the blockade of Turkey and Bulgaria was raised. The shipping with harbours there and with Russian Black Sea harbours resumed except for warlike materials. At Constantinople, Turkey was the necessary control exercised over ships en route to the Black Sea and by local Allied Naval Authorities over ships en route to Mediterranean ports.
