Call sign JAGC. Built by R. Dixon&Co., Middlesborough, United Kingdom in March 1885 and sunk by American submarine USS Salomon on position 46.53 north-143.30 east on 10 August 1943. Gross tonnage 2,408 tons, under deck 2,205 tons, net tonnage 1,504 tons, deadweight 3,343 tons and as dimensions 320.0 x 38.0 x 25.7 x 11 (light)-23 (loaded) feet. Reciprocating propulsion, single screw, 282 nhp, coal bunker capacity 574 tons, range 4,200 miles/8 knots. Speed 8 (normal cruising)-10 (maximum) knots.
