Displacement 579 (standard)-740 in 1958-752 (full loaded) tons and as dimensions 57.9 (between perpendiculars)-61.0 (over all) x 9.00 x 2.40 metres. Propulsion consisted of 2 vertical triple expansion engines and 2 Yarrow boilers supplying 1,350 ihp allowing a speed of 11 knots (by 1958), coal bunker capacity 150 tons. Armament by 1958 3-7.62cm/3” guns and 5-2.5cm anti aircraft guns. Part of Chu-class succeeded by Yongfeng-class gunboats.
