British cruiser Cordelia arrived at Copenhagen, Denmark according to the weekly appreciation of matters of naval interest No. 61 for the week ended 14 February 1920

An item reported the arrival of the British cruiser HMS Cordelia at Copenhagen, Denmark to relieve the cruiser Dunedin who returned to England arriving at Sheerness on 11 February.

Notes

1. Part of C-class Caroline sub-class light cruisers, preceded by Arethusa-class, succeeded by Danae-class, laid down by HM Dockyard Pembroke on 21 July 1913, launched on 23 February 1914, completed and commissioned in January 1915, last time decommissioned in December 1922 and sold to be broken up on 31 July 1923.

2. Part of Danae-class light cruisers preceded by C-class succeeded by Emerald-class, laid down by Armstrong Whitworth, Newcastle-on-Tyne on 5 November 1917, launched on 19 November 1918, commissioned on 13 September 1919 and sunk by the German submarine U-124 on 25 November 1941 off the Brazilian coast.
