Call sign JOYB. Launched by Osaka Iron Works Lt., Innoshima, Japan with yard number 1066 on 25 December 2025 and completed on 5 March 1926. Laid down in 1924? Sunk by a submarine on 11 May 1944 on the position 29.30 North and 141.40 East. Gross tonnage 1,895.22 tons, under deck 1,601.79 tons, net tonnage 1,158 tons, register tonnage 1,166.80 tons, deadweight 2,962 tons and as dimensions 255.0 x 39.0 x 22.75 x 6.8 (light)-19.10 (loaded)-19.67 (moulded) feet. Reciprocating propulsion, 211 nhp, coal bunker capacity 367 tons, range 5.200 nautical miles/9 knots and speed 9 (normal)-10.5 (cruising) knots.
