Laid down by Yokosuka Navy Yard under Fiscal year 1916 on 28 November 1917, launched on 22 June 1918, completed on 28 September 1918 and broken up in 1942. Designed horsepower 6,000 hp, oil bunker capacity 200 tons, speed 12 (cruising)-14 (maximum) knots. Displacement 8,800 (standard)-9,800 (normal) tons and as dimension 121.9 (between perpendiculars) x 15.2 x 7.0 metres (25’ loaded). Armament 2-12cm guns and 2-8cm anti aicraft guns. Oil carrying capacity 5,ooo tons.
