United Kingdom-flagged and owned 1906-1923. Built by Grangememouth&Greenock Dockyard Co, Greenock, Scotland in September 1906 and torpedoed and sunk by the American submarine USS Harder off Honshu on 23 September 1943 Gross tonnage 4,520 tons, under deck 4,086 tons, net tonnage 2,775 tons, deadweight 7,180 tons and as dimensions 370.0 x 52.2 x 17.5 x 9.10 (light)-23 (loaded) feet. Reciprocating propulsion, 253 nhp. Coal bunker capacity 1,000 tons, rage 7,100 nautical miles/9 knots and speed 9 (normal cruising)-10 (maximum) knots.
