USA-flagged, IMO 6817845, MMSI 366532000 and call sign KAFP. Part of the Ready Reserve Force for the United States navy, seems to be out of service and cannibalized for reserve parts for the other two ships. Laid down as container ship by Bath Iron Works, Bath, Maine with hull number 355 under MARAD contract 206 with a Maritime Administration C5-S-73b hull on 14 February 1967, launched on 11 May 1968, handed over to the MARAD on 21 Feburray 1969, operated by the American Export-Isbrandtsen Lines, sold to Farrell Lines in 1978, given back to the MARAD in 1986, laid up, converted into a crane ship between 1987-1988, completed on 8 February 1988 and commissioned as ss Flickertail State.
