Japanese cargo ship (ex-Kojun Marun 1924-1938) Kozyun Maru 1938-1944

Call sign JGOR. Built by Osaka Iron Works Ld., Osaka, Japan in July 1924. Sunk by the American submarine USS Bluegill (SS-242) off Cape San Antonio, Mindanao, Philippines on 13 August 1944. Gross tonnage 1,931 tons, under deck 1,614 tons, net tonnage 1,186 tons, deadweight 2,962 tons and as dimensions 255.0 x 39.0 x 22.7 x 6.8 (light)-19.01 (loaded) feet.
