Designer chief constructor of the Royal Navy (1872-1885) Sir Nathaniel Barnaby (25 February 1829 Chatham-16 June 1915 London. )Laid down by Chatham Dockyard on 5 March 1873, launched on 7 April 1875, commissioned on 31 Januay 1877, mechanical training ships since 1903 and sold to be broken up in 1908.
