“The Japanese king crab fishery in the Eastern Bering Sea reached full strength in mid-April when the second factoryship joined her predecessor on the outer Bristol Bay ground. The factoryships, each of which is accompanied by five tangle net-handling trawlers, fished north of Port Moller in the same region as their Soviet counterparts.”
