An item reported that although not for 100% confirmed possessed the Japanese navy over 10-11 battleship in operating condition or capable or almost immediate readiness for sea. What the status of the battleship Haruna was was unknown. She was reported as sunk but Batdiv 3 (believed to be in the Indies Area) seemed to number four capital ships of older types or Kongo-class including the Haruna. The whole class was completed as battle cruisers in 1915, had a speed of 26 knots and probably grouped together als one unit.(1)

Note
