Harbour facilities at Murmansk, Russia damaged during German air attack according to the U.S. Joint Intelligence Committee. Daily summary dated 3 April 1942

An item reported that the German air attacks on 31 March on Murmansk, Russia considerable damaged the harbour facilities. Lacking enough flat cars congested the harbour still and due to unnessary delays three ships could not depart with the next outbound convoy.
