An item reported that the strike of the Chinese crews on the fleet of lake tankers operating out of Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela was solved by granting all their demands. The expectation was the crude oil transport to the Curacao refinery immediately would be resumed. The harbour on Curacao was closed with submarine nets which could be reopened.
