Allied submarines sinking Japanese naval vessels according to the U.S. Joint Intelligence Committee. Daily summary dated 26 December 1941

An item refetted to CINCAF reporting that ‘our’ submarines in the Philippines definitely sunk one Japanse transport and one minesweeper, probably one transport and possible one seaplane tender. Several submarines did not report.
