Japanese navy vessel Kokei in 1935

List sent by the German embassy at Tokyo, Japan dated 24 January 1935 to the Chef der Marineleitung at Berlin dealing with the navy of Manchuria. Japan-flagged and was chartered, serving only in the summer. In the winter was the crew part of the naval division Harbin. Homeport Harbin, Manchuria. 420 Tons.
