Mexican fishing boat Laviation suppliyng German submarine according to the U.S. Joint Intelligence Committee. Daily summary dated 25 December 1941

An item reported that the US Navy was investigating the reported planned meeting between a Mexican fishing boat and a German submarine off Jartla (north of Vera Cruz), Mexico. The J.I.C. commented that there were several reports of transferring stores by the Mexican fishing boat Laviation to a German submarine.
