Russia demobilizing naval personnel according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary (W.I.S.) No. 44 dated 5 November 1921

An item reported that that all fleet personnel up to the 1896 class was to be demobilized but taken care for retaining necessary specialists. All reliable Red sailors were to be witdrawn from the Red Army with a view of training them as officers.
