Russian Black Sea floating dock lying at Sowjetskaja in 1938

A letter of the German naval attache in Japan dated Tokyo, Japan 19 January 1938 reported that the Japanese Admiralty informed him that according to one source the Russian floating dock brought from the Black Sea towards East Asia was lying at Sowjetskaja.
