British merchant ship Maihar visited Ponte Delgado, Azores in June 1941

In his letter No. 855 dated Lisbon 8 July 1941reported the German naval attaché in Portugal to the Oberkommando der Kriegsmarine at Berlin the marine traffic at Ponte Delgada, São Miguel, Azores, Portugal the British ship Maihar. Arriving on 3 June 1941 coming from Liverpool, England, departing to Calcutta, India on 4 June, art 28953, gross register tonnage 7,563 tons, cargo war stores and aircraft, loaded oil.
