Ordered on 13 November 1926, laid down by Pattison Yard, Naples, Italy in 1927, launched on 2 March 1929, commissioned on 7 September 1930, seized by the Soviet Union on 5 September 1944, renamed Letuchiy, commissioned on 20 October 1944, stricken on 3 July 1951, returned to Romania on 24 June 1951, renamed D22 in 1952, stricken in April 1961 and broken up.
