As example was the Goryanin used, which was the largest ship built of wood in Bulgaria. Built at the Strandja Cooperative Union shipyard with a Tsarevo base between 1943-1947. Used as cargo ship and later transferred to the navy as training ship named Vaptsarov at Varna. In the 1980s handed over to the Bulgaria n Volunteer Organisation forAssistance in Defence and renamed Patriot. Later converted into a restaurant, sunk in 1993 in the Varna Bay and after nearly 12years were in 2005 the remaining parts salvaged and since 2008 exhibited in a museum at Tsarevo.
