Part of Type 14 of Blackwood-class. Laid down by Swan Hunter, Tyne and Wear, England on 11 November 1953, launched on 10 December 1954, commissioned on 7 February 1957 and broken up in 1985. Probably during her visit to Vlissingen during the De Ruyter Memorial 2-7 July 1957.
