The Jaarboek van de Koninklijke Nederlandsche Zeemacht 1908-1909 reported that the German cruiser SMS Cormoran visited Tandjong Priok between 18-24 August 1909 and Amboina, Dutch East Indies between 31 August-4 September 1909.
