British Royal Navy possessed large number of anti-submarine trawlers by December 1939

An item reported that at the meantime the Royal Navy possessed over 127 auxiliary anti-submarine trawlers converted and in service of which 10 were working up at Portland. Before the end of 1939 were another 14 or more expected to be completed.
