Deed of bottormy dated 12 May 1661 in which Joan van Loon former alderman and merchantman in which he stated for himself and his brother Guilliaume and sisters Geertruijt, Haesgen and Anna to have borrowed from merchant Anthonij de Cooninck 600 guilders above the 1,800 gulders received for bottomry on 7 April as owners of the ship Melckmeijt 160 lasten commandeur Gerrit Crijnen en galliot Abrahams Offerhande commandeur Nanning Heindericxen both departed to Greenland for whaling.
