Chilean cabinet seized interned German ships according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch niewsblad dated 30 September 1918

An item dated Santiago Chile 26th reported that the Chilean cabinet ordered her navy to occupy with armed men all in Chilean harbours interned German ships.
