Condition of the minesweeping squadron of the Russian Baltic Fleet in 1922

The Commissioner of the United States at Riga, Latvia supplied the Secretary of State at Washington, USA on 23 February 1922 more details about the condition of Russian warships. The minesweepers were in fact small destroyers used for minesweeping namely the Dmitriev, Zveriev, Vynoslyvy, Vnushtelny and the No. 213. Further more were 5 converted tugs and trawlers part of this squadron. All ships were in fairly good condition and available for active reserve next spring.
