Foreign naval attaches once a day informed at German Navy Department according to a report of the American Naval Attaché at Berlin, Germany Nr. R562 dated 15 September 1939

Diary note dated Wednesday 6 September 1939. An item reported that finally after days requesting and making arrangements the various foreign naval attaches in Berlin were allowed to visit the German Navy Department once a day to acquire the latest war news.
