Part of Martadinata-class Dutch SIGMA 10514 type) consiting of 6 modules of which the power plant and bridge and command centre modules were built by Damen Naval, Vlissingen, Netherlands and the other four modules at the PT PAL shipyard at Surabaya, Indonesia, preceded by Ahmad Yani-class (Dutch Van Speijk-class licence built British Leander-class frigates) and succeeded by Brawijaya-, Balaputradewa- and Istif classes. Laid down on 16 April 2014, launched on 18 January 2016 and commissioned on 7 April 2017.
