Laid down by Sevmash, Severodvinsk with yard number 501 on 28 December 1963, launched on 21 December 1968, completed on 31 December 1969, commissioned in 1970, decommissioned in 1988, renamed K-222 on 15 January 1978 and broken up in 2010.
