Ltd., Yokohama, Japan on 27 September 1934, launched on 29 June 1955, completed on 30 August 1935, requisitioned by the navy as auxiliary transport for the Sino-Japanese war on 25 August 1937, torpedoed and sunk by the American submarine USS Parch (SS-384) in the Luzon Strait on 31 July 1944 and stricken on 10 September 1944.
