Part of Project 56 Spokoiny/ NATO name Kotlin-class upgraded into the Project 56A anti submarine warfare destroyer preceded by Neustrashimy-class succeeded by Kildin-class. Laid down by Zhdanov, Leningrad, Russia(yard 708) 25 September 1954, launched on on 15 January 1956, commissioned on 31 October 1956, modernized and decommissioned on 1 March 1988.
