An item reported the loss on 13 November of the British cargo ship Cape St. Andrew, tonnage 5,094 tons torpedoed and sunk by a submarine on the position 70 miles west of the Bloody Foreland (1) while being towed. Of the crew 53 men landed, 15 missing.
