Dutch Greenland commandeur Jan Cornelisz Buys returned home according to the Dutch newspaper Oprechte Haerlemsche courant dated 5 October 1747

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 4 October reported the arrival on 3 October of the Dutch Greenland commandeur Jan C. Buys 2 whales 70 quardelen.
