An item reported that one German pocket battleship [in pencil Lutzow] and one Hipper-class cruiser were berthed in the Grimstad Fjord south of Bergen, Norway with the German battleship Tirpitz still at Trondheim. One battle cruiser believed to be the Scharnhorst was lying in the floating dock at Kiel and the cruiser Nürnberg close by berthed. The other battle cruiser [Gneisenau[ was lying at Wilhelmshaven, Germany.
