An item referred to a source which was considered to be doubtful and confirmation needed reporting that the old Soviet submarines A.G. 21 (Trotsky), Krasnopovornik (old name?), Makrel, Orun and Minoga. The American MA believed that except for the A.G. 21 all repairs were quite useless, unless the boats were to be sent to the Far East or to the Caspian Sea. The Soviet Navy Program mentioned that two submarines were to be sent to the Caspian Sea.
