Part of the Vytegrales-class design general cargo and timber carriers built by shipyards at Leningrad and Vyborg. Built in the Soviet Union in 1967. Several hulls later converted for the Soviet Navy and in the space program. Dimensions 113.0 (between perpendiculars)-121.9 (over all) x 16.7 (moulded) x 8.3 (depth to main deck) x1.27 (light) fore-4.28 (light)-6,77 (mean light)-7.12 (mean loaded) metres.
