Part of the German S138-class/Ottoman Muavenet-i-Milliye-class succeeded by Adatepe-class. Ordered for the German Imperial Navy as the SMS S 165 under the 1908 Program. Laid down by Schau-Werke, Germany in 1908, launched on 20 March 1909, sold to the Ottoman Empire while under construction in March 1910, completed on 17 August 1910, commissioned as Muavent-i-Milliye, decommissioned in October 1918, stricken in 1924, used as accommodation hulk at the Taşkızak shipyard and broken up in 1921.
