Displacement 400 tons surfaced and 600 tons submerged with dimensions 159’4”x 15’4”x 13’1”, speed 10 knots surfaced and 17 knots submerged and a range of 4.500 miles by a speed of 5 knots surfaced. She was armed with 8-21”torpedo tubes in the bow and her crew numbered 22 men.
