The navy of Buenos Aires according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 5 March 1827

A newspaper of Rio Janeiro reported that 11 November 1826 a Portuguese galley met 3 miles away of Cape Frio a flotilla of Buenos Aires which intended to blockade the harbour of Rio Janeiro.
