Madrid, 7 May. The minister of Navy send a bill to the Parliament asking for a annual budget of 36.000.000 peseta’s and a 9 year during shipbuilding program. This program included building of two battleships, 2 cruisers, 6 submarines, completing the plans of the Naval Law of 1909, building of two docks at the arsenal of Ferrol, dredging and other activities in the naval base of Cadiz. The minister of public works intended to as soon as possible to extend the lines to three naval bases.
