Building of Portuguese cruisers in England according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad dated 28 January 1911

According to tidings signed the Portuguese cabinet an agreement with a British firm for the building of two cruisers of 12,000 and 16,000 tons and the founding of a new arsenal, total costs 300.000.000 francs.
