Reorganisation of the British navy according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag: kleine courant dated 17 March 1909

Yesterday morning became known what the new organisation of the British Home fleet was. There were four divisions to be formed, the first and the second consisted each of 8 cruisers and 5 battleships, the third of 13 cruisers, 7 battleships and 8 gunboats and 32 submarines and finally the fourth of 19 cruisers and 11 battleships. All divisions were to be strengthened with a number of destroyers.
