Algerian privateer captured Russian transport according to a Dutch newspaper Zierikzeesche Courant dated 15 September 1829

In an item was reported that Marseille a tiding from the French vice consul at Tanger was received informing that an Algerian privateer after a heavy fight off the Portuguese coast captured a Russian transport on board which many sick.
