German cable ship Stephan laying cable in Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 11 October 1913

An item reported that in coming November the German cable ship Stephan was to start with laying a submarged cable between Surabaya and Balik Papan.(1)
