British transport Armadale torpedoed and sunk according to the Dutch newspaper Middelburgsche Courant dated 16 July 1917

An item reported that on 27 June the British transport Armadale of 6,153 tons was torpedoed in the Atlantic. She was transporting a small number of troops. Six soldiers, a passenger and four sailors were missing.
