British transport Banaba lost according to the Dutch newspaper De Zeeuw dated 2 February 1928

An item reported that according to a received telegram the British transport Banaba of 1913 and a gross tonnage of 4,643 tons was sunk off Ocean Island and lost. Her crew was saved.(1)
