Russian naval dredger build at Rotterdam, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 15 August 1902

An item reported that the 14th with success at the shipyard of the Rotterdamsche Droogdok Maatschappij a large dredger was launched build for account of the firm Smulders and destined for the Russian navy.
